Improve documentation of recent changes in comp-run.el

* lisp/emacs-lisp/comp-run.el
(native-comp-async-warnings-errors-kind): Rename from
'native-comp-async-report-warnings-errors-kind', and rename
'importants' to 'important'; all users changed.  Doc fix.

* etc/NEWS: Announce the new option.
